New Product Launch: FITOK CCU Series Coaxial Seal Fittings

Introduction
FITOK CCU Series Coaxial Seal Fittings are primarily used to replace the connection of coaxial sleeve in coaxial tubing. In traditional coaxial tubing installations, coaxial sleeves and coaxial terminator are required, and sealing is achieved through welding. Using ferrules instead of welding can eliminate the challenges of difficult, time-consuming, and costly welding processes while mitigating the risk of damaging the inner tube during welding. Furthermore, the coaxial seal fitting allows for reassembly and inspection of the welds on the inner tube, making them more convenient compared to welded sleeves and similar components.

Features
- Sizes range from 1/2" to 1" or 12 mm to 25 mm
- Same installation method as 6D Series Tube Fittings
- Available with metal and non-metal ferrules
- The working pressure of metal coaxial tube fittings is determined by multiplying the outer tube’s working pressure by corresponding coefficients
Size (in.) | Size (mm) | Coefficient |
OD ≤ 1/2 | OD ≤ 12 | 0.75 |
1/2 < OD ≤ 3/4 | 12 < OD ≤ 18 | 0.5 |
OD > 3/4 | OD > 18 | 0.25 |

Connection Diagram
The Bulkhead Bored-Through Reducing Fittings can function as a replacement for the coaxial terminator. In the event of a leak from toxic or harmful substances in the inner tube, the coaxial sealing fittings can be used in conjunction with the Bulkhead Bored-Through Reducing Fittings to facilitate leakage detection between the inner and outer tube of the coaxial system, as well as to perform operations such as purging and vacuum extraction.
