 Inside Sales Representative  (Period:60days Published:9/21/2018) Apply

Founded in 1998, FITOK Group has been an industry-leading developer and manufacturer of superior quality instrumentation valves and fittings. FITOK Group has R&D centers, manufacturing facilities, warehousing and service locations in Offenbach Germany, Texas USA, Shenzhen China and Dubai UAE. We have now opened our Canadian office in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

· Assist outside sales by preparing price quotes and handling customer orders.

· Provide inside sales support and technical assistance to customers.

· Process customers’ phone orders.

· Check availability of stock, shipping dates, warehouse and logistics management.

· Receive service requests, expedite orders, check status of orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Required Qualifications:

· 1+ year(s) experience with inside sales and/or logistics.

· Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.

· Proficient with computer operation and MS package.

· Highly motivated and capable of multi-tasking.

· Experience in Oil & Gas, Hydraulic, or Instrumentation is an asset.

· High School Diploma required.

· Bilingual (English/Mandarin) is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage a distribution network

· Sales focus will be with engineering companies, OEM customers, as well as end users.

· Participate in related industrial conferences and trade shows.

· Responsible for handling all aspects of the sales process in your territory.

· Additional priorities relevant to sales or marketing the product.

 

Required Qualifications:

· College or University degree, a specialization in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

· Minimum of 5+ years sales experience in the instrumentation, valve and fittings industries.

· Experience in developing and managing channel partners and/or a distribution network, as well as growing OEM accounts.

· Proven results in growth and development of a new territory.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Industry knowledge is required.
